Financial Analysis/Capital Placement

BEP assembles dynamic cash flow projections, present value analyses, and sensitivity scenarios. We act as the project sponsor’s liaison with lending institutions, and we source debt, equity, and/or grant capital resources required for innovative project financing.

Owner Representation/Development Partnering

BEP serves as an owner’s principal advisor and development partner, at every stage of the process. This secures efficient project and financial management, a credit to our closely monitored exposure and risk mitigation strategies.

Contract Procurement

We secure all contracts required for satisfying the revenue generating components of a proposed project. That includes power purchase agreements, renewable energy credits, carbon credits, solid material bi-products, organic feedstocks, etc. Naturally, we negotiate the most favorable terms possible for the project sponsor.

Post Completion Asset/Operations Management

If appropriate, BEP can also partner with the project sponsor to manage the financial and operational activities associated with the digestion system, once construction is complete ñ in fact, this is our preference. Our supervision and insistence on diligent execution produces unmatched results and peak business efficiency, no matter the obstacle or challenge.
